All Lucky Selectism optical products covered by the Lucky Care program come with lifelong or a first year of warranty coverage. Customers must provide proof of purchase to receive warranty service. Any part that proves to be defective in material or workmanship will be free of charge to repair or replace by Lucky Selectism during the warranty term. Any service or repairs covered by a warranty must be carried out by a Lucky Selectism employee with authorization.

1. Lucky Selectism warrants to repair or exchange the covered product for free about all accidental damages or broken parts for one year from date of purchase. If there are not the same products in stock, the frame shall be exchanged to the new pairs at no cost by confirming from the Lucky Selectism.Ā
2. Lost or stolen frames within the warranty period are excluded from the coverage.Ā Ā
3. Scratching or accidental frame wreckage by other opticians or frame makers are excluded from the coverage.Ā Ā
4. All kinds of lenses are excluded from the coverage.Ā Ā
5. The frame is exchanged to another frame within 14 days from the date of purchase with original condition and receipt copy.
